Eidfest

Eidfest is the biggest Muslim festival in Queensland.

Eidfest was initiated as a way of bringing together all of the different Muslim cultures in Queensland to celebrate the festive day of Eid to mark the end of the fasting month of Ramadhan.

In May 2014, Eidfest launched a Domestic Violence awareness campaign, in conjunction with the Sikh and Hindu communities of Queensland.  The campaign takes the form of four posters that were sent to every Mosque, Gurdhwara and Temple in Queensland and Northern NSW.
